MentorArt indexes only publicly accessible corporate web sources, including corporate websites, public news announcements, official press releases, and authorized business registries. We do not scrape private consumer social networks, bypass logins, or extract data from gated platforms behind authentication walls. All records are corroborated against public company disclosures.
2. Lawful Basis: GDPR Article 6(1)(f) (Legitimate Interest)
Our lawful basis for processing professional contact data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR is Legitimate Interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
