Outbound Channel Governance & Anti-Abuse Standards
MentorArt enforces rigorous standards to ensure the integrity, brand reputation, and deliverability of our shared outbound infrastructure.
1. Strictly Prohibited Verticals & Content
The platform and services must never be used to promote:
- Illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or get-rich-quick schemes.
- Hate speech, harassment, defamation, or discriminatory messaging.
- Adult, sexually explicit, gambling, or regulated pharmaceutical products.
- Malware, phishing payloads, deceptive redirects, or unauthorized credential capture.
2. Prohibition of Lead Resale & Scraping Arbitrage
Lead rosters, verified decision-maker records, and market research provided to the client are licensed exclusively for the client’s internal sales development. Reselling, re-distributing, or commercially brokering MentorArt data to third parties is strictly prohibited.
3. Refund Window Abuse & Chargeback Policy
Consuming allocated lead data, warmup domain resources, or dynamic video production and subsequently initiating frivolous chargebacks or claiming refunds constitutes bad-faith breach of this Policy. In such events, MentorArt reserves the right to immediately terminate access, blacklist associated domains, and pursue legal recovery for damages.
