External Communication Platforms & Video Telemetry Exemption
This section clarifies our tracking and cookie policies with respect to connected third-party outbound communication platforms and personalized video landing pages.
1. Server-Side Authentication
Connected third-party communication channels (such as external mailboxes or CRM feeds) are managed strictly via secure server-side API tokens and OAuth authentication. These connections do not deposit tracking cookies on the client’s local computer or browser.
2. Dynamic Video Landing Page Telemetry
When a prospect views a 1-on-1 dynamic video landing page (`/v/{contact_id}`), video playback telemetry (25%, 50%, 75%, 100% completion) is recorded via privacy-compliant server-side event logging without depositing invasive cross-site advertising cookies on the recipient’s device.
